I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Year! We’re now back from winter break and back to our regularly scheduled lessons.
Reminders: We DO have lessons on early release Mondays and all Monday holidays. Please let me know ahead of time if you need to cancel a lesson for any reason. I would appreciate a phone call/message if you are canceling on the day of the lesson. Thank you for your cooperation!!
Vocal Workshop: North Star Music Academy is putting together an afternoon vocal workshop for teens Sunday, February 6th from 3:00-6:00pm. We will be doing a short performance in which each student will be able to sing, having a discussion session about singing, and culminating in a pizza party! Cost is $15.00 to participate. Please email or call to learn more and to register for the workshop.

Hi everyone!
Thank you all for a great fall and a wonderful start to the holiday season!! I am so pleased that everyone is doing well with lessons, it is very rewarding to have such great students!
If you’re new to North Star Music Academy, welcome! If you haven’t signed up for lessons yet, there are only a couple of time slots left available. Prospective students should fill out the registration form online, or email or call to get the registration process started.
Reminder: We DO NOT have lessons Sunday, December 19 through Sunday, January 2nd. That is Winter Break and we will not have lessons those two weeks. Lessons will resume Monday, January 3rd with our regular schedule.

Thank you so much for a great fall so far! I have really enjoyed meeting all of you and beginning lessons with everyone. I am almost completely fully booked with students, so I appreciate that every single one of you value music in your lives and in your children’s lives.
I do ask that you please bear with me as we go into the holidays! I know everyone’s schedule gets even busier this time of year, so please don’t let practicing and lessons slip through the cracks.
Reminder: We DO NOT have lessons Thursday November 25 through Sunday November 28. This is Thanksgiving Break and we will not have lessons. If you are going to be out of town that entire week, please make sure to let me know ahead of time, advance warning of a canceled lesson is always appreciated!

Hello everyone! Fall has definitely arrived in Juneau and our fall lessons are going strong! There are only a couple of slots left until our schedule is completely booked, so if you haven’t signed up for lessons yet you can register today! School has officially started, and so have fall lessons!
Fall lessons are now in full swing! Lesson slots are filling up fast now that school has begun, so if you haven’t signed up for fall lessons now is the time to do it. Reminder – We still have lessons on early release days and Monday holidays! The online calendar includes the fall and winter holidays that North Star Music Academy observes and for which lessons will be canceled. This information can also be found under the Studio Policies.
