November News

Hi everyone! I’m so excited to get back to lessons this month! Our first day of lessons will be Saturday 11/4 and we’ll have the same schedule as we did in August. Below are a few reminders for our return to lessons.

Return to Lessons: We will return to lessons on Saturday November 4th with the same schedule we started in August. If you are going to be traveling at all in November/December, please let me know ASAP and I will get that marked on my schedule. The normal cancelation policy will still apply (please see Studio Policies for details). Please have these dates marked on your calendars!!

Thanksgiving Week: We WILL be having lessons the week of Thanksgiving, including the weekends prior to and after Thanksgiving Thursday. Again, if you plan on missing a lesson during that time, please let me know and the normal cancelation policy will still apply. Please have these dates marked on your calendars!!

Winter Holiday Recital: We will be having the first recital of our 2017/18 school year with our Winter Holiday Recital on Sunday Dec. 17 at 3:00pm at Aldersgate Church. All students should have received recital song(s) to practice over my maternity leave, please contact me asap if you have any questions about the recital song selection. Recital registration papers will be handed out in lessons the first week of November. There will be no lessons held on recital dates, no makeup lessons for those dates, and you will not be charged for the canceled lesson. Please have these dates marked on your calendars!!

Winter Break: We will have NO LESSONS Thursday Dec. 21 – Sunday Jan. 7. Lessons will resume with the same schedule as in the fall on Monday Jan. 8. Please have these dates marked on your calendars!!

Tuition Payment Reminder: Tuition Payments are due the first lesson of every month with a grace period until the 10th of the month. If tuition is received after the 10th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Please drop off your payment downstairs in the studio with your student at lesson, send the payment in the mail or you can drop it off anytime in the secure white drop box attached to the mailbox. Please do not come up to the house to drop off payment if it is not during your student’s lesson time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Business Hours: Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed 12:00-7:00pm, closed Thur/Fri. Please do not come up to the door if it is not your student’s lesson time or regular business hours, thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

New Students for the Fall Semester: I am currently fully booked for when I return to lessons this month. I do have a wait list started for the remainder of the fall semester and for the spring semester, so if you are interested in lessons please contact me for more information on how to be put on the wait list for when I have openings in my schedule.
