Hello everyone! We are close to ending our 2018 Summer Semester here at NSMA and are gearing up for the 2018 Fall Semester! I’ve had a great summer so far and I hope everyone else has enjoyed theirs, too! Below are some very important reminders and information regarding the end of summer lessons and the beginning of the 2018/19 school year.

Construction: We are still working on our new studio facility. All students, parents and guardians – please be very careful when arriving to and leaving from lessons. No small children should be walking up/down the driveway without an adult present with them at all times. Please continue to use the white drop box for all payments outside of your/your student’s lesson time, but please do be careful of the construction equipment. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the construction process.

2018 Fall Registration for Continuing Students: The Fall Semester begins MONDAY AUG. 20th. All continuing students should now be registered for the 2018 Fall Semester. Please contact me ASAP if you have any questions!

2018 Fall Registration for New Students: I will be accepting new students for the 2018 Fall Semester. Please contact me at megan.e.felts@gmail.com or (907) 500-7455 for more information.

August Tuition Payments: Students taking lessons Aug. 1-19 and continuing for the Fall Semester will be billed for the entire month and that will be due the first lesson of the month. All students starting for the Fall Semester on Aug. 20 – TUITION WILL BE DUE AUG. 15 TO FULLY RESERVE YOUR TIME SLOT. If tuition is not received by Aug. 15, you/your student will forfeit their time slot. Please make note of these dates, please let me know if you have any questions.

Tuition Payment Reminder: All other months, the tuition payments are due the first lesson of every month with a grace period until the 10th of the month. If tuition is received after the 10th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Please drop off your payment downstairs in the studio with your student at lesson, send the payment in the mail or you can drop it off anytime in the secure white drop box attached to the mailbox. Please do not come up to the house to drop off payment if it is not during your student’s lesson time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Business Hours: 2018 Summer Semester: Saturday 12:00-4:30pm, Sunday 1:00-7:00pm, Monday 12:00-7:30pm, closed Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri. 2018 Fall Semester: Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed 12:00-7:00pm, closed Thur/Fri. Please do not come up to the door if it is not your student’s lesson time or regular business hours, thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
