Hello everyone! We are coming into the end of our 2026 Spring Semester here at NSMA, and I can’t wait for summer to start! Below are some very important reminders regarding this month, our final recital of the 2025/26 school year, and summer lessons (plus looking ahead to the fall!!).
Spring Recital: Our annual Students’ Choice Recital will be held on Saturday May 16th at 3:00pm at Chapel by the Lake Church. All students performing should have their songs picked and be working on them diligently! Performers need to be there no later than 2:45pm, costumes are encouraged but not required. All students/friends/family are welcome to join us in the audience!
End of 2026 Spring Semester and Beginning of 2026 Summer Semester: The final day for the 2026 Spring Semester is Tuesday May 19th. THERE WILL BE NO LESSONS WEDNESDAY MAY 20TH THROUGH MONDAY MAY 25TH. The 2026 Summer Semester begins Tuesday May 26th. Please have these dates on your calendars!!
Tuition Payment Reminder: Tuition payments are due at the first lesson of every month with a grace period until the 10th of the month. If tuition is received after the 10th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Please drop off physical payments with your student at lesson, send in the mail or you can drop it off any time in the secure white drop box attached to the studio entrance. Please do not come up to the studio to drop off payment if it is not your student’s lesson time, and please do not come up to the main house for any reason. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Juneau Jazz & Classics will be hosting their annual festival April 24-May 19. Tickets and more information are available on their website, www.jazzandclassics.org.
