Hello everyone and Happy Holidays! We’ve got a jam-packed short month here at NSMA, including our second recital of the school year. Please read the highlights of this month, especially noting our Winter Holiday Break!!
Winter Holiday Recital: Our annual Winter Holiday Recital will be held Sunday December 16th at 3:00pm at Aldersgate Church in the valley. All students performing should now be registered for the recital, please email or call if you have any questions. There will be NO LESSONS at all on this day due to the recital. We WILL have lessons the Mon/Tue/Wed following the recital. All are welcome to come watch some fun holiday music!
Winter Break: We will have NO LESSONS Thursday December 20th through Sunday January 6th. Lessons will resume Monday January 7th with the same schedule as the fall. Please email me if you will miss any lessons outside of the winter break weeks, the regular cancelation policy will apply.
2019 Spring Semester: Our 2019 Spring Semester will begin Monday January 7th and go through Sunday May 19th. Please contact me if you need to look at getting a different lesson day/time for the spring semester.
New Students: We have very limited availability for new students! Please contact us today at megan.e.felts@gmail.com or (907) 500-7455 for more information on how to get registered for lessons or to be placed on the wait list for new openings.
Tuition Payment Reminder: Tuition payments are due the first lesson of every month with a grace period until the 10th of the month. If tuition is received after the 10th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Please drop off your payment with your student at lesson, send the payment in the mail or you can drop it off anytime in the secure white drop box attached to the mailbox. Please do not come up to the studio to drop off payment if it is not during your student's lesson time, and please do not come up to the main house at any time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Hello everyone! We had a fabulously spooky Halloween Recital, everyone did a great job on their recital pieces! We’ve got a lot more going on for the remainder of the 2018 Fall Semester here at NSMA, please read the below reminders!
New Studio Facility: We are now all moved in to our new studio facility! All lessons will now be held in the new building, the main house is now my family’s private home. Please do not come up to the main house at any time, thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Yes to Lessons: We DO have lessons on ALL one-day holidays. This includes parent/teacher conference days and Veteran’s Day (observed) Monday 11/12. If you have any questions on the schedule/calendar, please see the calendar tab under the Current Students tab on my homepage or contact me directly.
Thanksgiving: We DO have lessons the day before (Wednesday 11/21) and the weekend after Thanksgiving (Saturday/Sunday 11/24 and 11/25), so if you are traveling or will miss any lessons please let me know ASAP. The normal cancelation policy will still apply.

Hello everyone! We’re now in the thick of fall lessons here at NSMA and we’ve got quite the month in store for October! Below are some important dates, reminders and information to keep track of.
Halloween Recital: Our first recital of the school year is our Halloween Recital on Sunday Oct. 28th at 3:00pm at Aldersgate Church. All participating students should now be registered for the recital, the $15.00 performance fee will be put on your October invoice. All others are welcome to come and watch, there is no cost to attend as an audience member. Please note – all performers MUST be in costume to match their song! Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the recital.
New Studio Facility: I am hoping that the new studio facility will be open for lessons sometime this month. I will keep everyone up to date with where we stand on the completion of the construction, but for now please exercise caution when arriving and departing lessons.

Hello everyone! Welcome to 2018’s Fall Semester here at NSMA, it has been wonderful seeing everyone back to lessons over the past two weeks! We’ve got a jam-packed fall lined up with lessons and two recitals, so I’m very excited to keep this great momentum going! Below are a few important reminders regarding the 2018 Fall Semester:
Construction: We are still working on our new studio facility, I hope to have construction completed by early to mid-October. I will keep everyone updated on the progress and inform all clients when we are ready to make the move to the new facility. All students, parents and guardians – please be very careful when arriving to and leaving from lessons. No small children should be walking up/down the driveway without an adult present with them at all times. Please continue to use the white drop box for all payments outside of your/your student's lesson time, but please do be careful of the construction equipment. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the construction process.

Hello everyone! We are close to ending our 2018 Summer Semester here at NSMA and are gearing up for the 2018 Fall Semester! I’ve had a great summer so far and I hope everyone else has enjoyed theirs, too! August Tuition Payments: Students taking lessons Aug. 1-19 and continuing for the Fall Semester will be billed for the entire month and that will be due the first lesson of the month. All students starting for the Fall Semester on Aug. 20 – TUITION WILL BE DUE AUG. 15 TO FULLY RESERVE YOUR TIME SLOT. If tuition is not received by Aug. 15, you/your student will forfeit their time slot. Please make note of these dates, please let me know if you have any questions.
