August News

Hello everyone! We are now finishing up our 2019 Summer Semester and this month will be starting our 2019 Fall Semester. I’ve enjoyed the relaxing pace of summer lessons but am looking forward to gearing back up for the school year and getting into the thick of it with fall lessons! Below are some very important reminders for this month.

First Fall Tuition Payment: The first 2019 Fall Semester tuition payment is due by AUG. 15th to fully reserve the time slot for the fall semester. Students taking summer lessons your August invoice will include the entire month and be due the first lesson of the month as normal. Please contact me with any questions you have regarding August’s tuition. All other tuition payments are due as normal (see below).

Tuition Payment Reminder: Tuition payments are due the first lesson of every month with a grace period until the 10th of the month. If tuition is received after the 10th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Please drop off your payment with your student at lesson, send the payment in the mail or you can drop it off anytime in the secure white drop box attached to the mailbox. Please do not come up to the studio to drop off payment if it is not during your student’s lesson time, and please do not come up to the main house at any time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Other Important Reminders/Updates: There will be a Fall Letter handed out in lessons and emailed the first week of the Fall Semester starting Aug. 18 with important information and dates. This is also available for download online on the 18th under the Current Students/Documents tabs. Please be sure to read this carefully and mark all important dates on your calendar!
