Hello everyone, and welcome to summer!! It was nice to have a week off between the spring semester and summer semesters, but I’m glad to be back at lessons with the summer crew. Below are some updates and reminders for the beginning of summer lessons.

Summer Business Hours: Saturday 12:00-4:00pm, Sunday 12:00-7:00pm, Monday 1:00-7:00pm, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday CLOSED.

Group Vocal Lessons: I am offering group vocal lessons on Saturday afternoons every other week for this summer, high schoolers and adults only. If you are interested, please contact me at megan.e.felts@gmail.com for more information and for the class schedule.

Summer Holidays: We WILL have lessons as regular scheduled on Father’s Day Sunday June 19th. If you plan on not having your student attend lessons on this day please let me know, however, the regular summer cancelation policy will still apply. We have NO LESSONS July 4th.

New Students: I do have availability in my schedule for new students for the Summer Semester. Please contact me at megan.e.felts@gmail.com for more information on NSMA and how to register for lessons.

Music Around Town:

Perseverance Theatre will be holding their annual STAR program for young performers June 27 – July 31. More information is available on their website, www.ptalaska.org.

The Juneau Symphony will be performing ‘A Tribute to the Film Score’ June 11 and 12. More information is available on their website, www.juneausymphony.org.

The Juneau Arts and Humanities Council has a running list of community activities available online at www.jahc.org.
