Private music lessons for children and adults in Juneau, Alaska
February 1st, 2015
Hello everyone! Welcome to February, although with our weather lately it could be March or April! We have a few updates and reminders for this month, along with starting to get ready for our first recital of 2015.
Disney Recital: Our ‘extra’ recital this spring will be our Disney Recital on Sunday March 8th at 2:00pm and 4:30pm. Recital handouts will be given to students at the beginning of this month, please read through carefully and contact me asap to get your student signed up for a recital time (recital times are on a first-come, first-serve basis!). This handout will also be emailed to all students and is also available to download online via the Current Students tab then the Documents tab. Reminder – you must have you/your student signed up by Feb. 20th!!
Spring Break: We will have NO LESSONS March 12-27 and you will not be charged for any lessons that would have fallen under those dates. Please make sure this is marked on your calendars! Reminder – students are still expected to practice as normal, unless they are on vacation as well.
Other Holidays: We WILL have lessons as regularly scheduled on all other holidays, including President's Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter and Mother's Day. If you plan on not having your student attend lessons on one of those days please let me know, however, the regular cancelation policy will still apply.
New Students: If you are a potential new student and are interested in lessons, I do have a couple of openings for starting in February or March. Please contact me at megan.e.felts@gmail.com for more information on NSMA and how to sign up for lessons or be put on the wait list for other openings in my schedule.
