Private music lessons for children and adults in Juneau, Alaska
January 1st, 2015
Hello everyone! Welcome back to lessons after our Winter Break, I’m looking forward to this spring semester and getting back to lessons as normal after the holidays! Here are a few updates/reminders:
Spring Newsletter: I will be handing out a Spring Newsletter in our first week of lessons in January. I have also uploaded it to the Current Students/Documents tab online and will be sending it in an email to all current students. Please read through that as it contains a lot of important information!
Disney Recital: Our ‘extra' recital this year is going to be our Disney themed recital on SUNDAY MARCH 8th at 2:00pm and 4:30pm. We will once again be at the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, there will again be recital fees/donations to the food bank, and recital registration will begin in February (more information on that to follow next month).
Spring Break: I will be out of town Thursday March 12th – Friday March 27th. There will be NO LESSONS during these two weeks (there will be no charge for lessons during that time). Lessons will resume as normal on Saturday March 28th.
Other Holidays: We WILL have lessons as regularly scheduled on all other holidays, including President's Day, Easter and Mother's Day. If you plan on not having your student attend lessons on one of those days please let me know, however, the regular cancelation policy will still apply.
New Students:Â If you are a potential new student and are interested in lessons, my schedule for the spring is currently full and I have a wait list started. Please contact me at megan.e.felts@gmail.com for more information on NSMA and how to sign up on the wait list for lessons.
