Hello everyone and welcome to July here at NSMA! I hope you are all enjoying our summer semester – we have a lot going on this month, so please read through these reminders carefully!!

No Lessons July: There will be no lessons held on Sunday July 6, Monday July 7, and Tuesday July 8. There will be lessons held as normal before and after those dates.

No Lessons August: There will be no lessons held August 1-16.

2025 Summer Semester: The summer semester runs 5/24-8/16.

2025 Fall Semester Registration: The 2025 Fall Semester will begin August 17, registration for continuing students for the 2025 Fall Semester will open July 1st. A waitlist has started for new students, please contact us to be put on the waitlist!

Tuition Payment Reminder: Tuition payments are due at the first lesson of every month with a grace period until the 10th of the month. If tuition is received after the 10th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Please drop off physical payments with your student at lesson, send in the mail or you can drop it off any time in the secure white drop box attached to the studio entrance. Please do not come up to the studio to drop off payment if it is not your student’s lesson time, and please do not come up to the main house for any reason. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

New Students: We have extremely limited openings for new students for the 2025 Summer Semester and have a wait list started for the 2025 Fall Semester! Please contact us at megan.e.felts@gmail.com or (907) 500-7455 for more information.

Music Around Town:
I will be co-teaching the Musical Theater Workshop through Perseverance Theater’s STAR workshop for kids ages 12-18 in July! Please visit their website for more information, www.ptalaska.org.

Theater Alaska will be performing “Much Ado About Nothing” June 26-July 13. Tickets and more information are available on their website, www.theateralaska.org.

Theater Alaska will also be hosting “Stay Cool: A Theater Alaska Summer Camp” July 21-26. More information is available on their website, www.theateralaska.org.
