Hello everyone and welcome to the holidays here at NSMA! We’ve got a busy month and a lot going on, so please make a note of the below reminders and make sure everything is marked on your calendars!!


Winter Holiday Recital: The next recital is our Winter Holiday Recital on Saturday 12/07 at 3:00pm at Chapel by the Lake. All students performing should be there no later than 2:45pm, all students and families are welcome to come join as audience members (there is no cost to come watch!).


Winter Break: We will have NO LESSONS during Winter Break Friday 12/20 through Saturday 01/04. Lessons will resume with our normal schedule on Sunday 01/05. Please let me know if you/your student will miss any lessons outside of those dates, the normal cancelation policy will still apply.


Tuition Payment Reminder: Tuition payments are due at the first lesson of every month with a grace period until the 10th of the month. If tuition is received after the 10th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Please drop off physical payments with your student at lesson, send in the mail or you can drop it off any time in the secure white drop box attached to the studio entrance. Please do not come up to the studio to drop off payment if it is not your student’s lesson time, and please do not come up to the main house for any reason. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Music Around Town:

Theater Alaska will be performing “A Christmas Carol” 11/20-12/22. Tickets and more information are available on their website, www.theateralaska.org.

Perseverance Theater will be performing “Full Contact” 12/6-22. Tickets and more information are available on their website, www.ptalaska.org.

The Juneau Symphony will be performing “Holiday Cheer” 12/14 & 15. Tickets and more information are available on their website, www.juneausymphony.org.
