July News
Hello everyone and welcome to the half-way point in our 2022 Summer Semester! I’ve been loving the gorgeous weather we’ve been having and I’m so, so glad that the heat pump in the studio can also do AC so we’re cool and comfortable on these hot days! There are some big things going on this month, please read through this carefully and make note of the important dates!!
4th of July: we will NOT have lessons on Monday July 4th. All lessons on that day have now been rescheduled or canceled, please let me know ASAP if your plans have changed. Enjoy the holiday!
2022 Fall Semester Registration: Registration for continuing students for the 2022 Fall Registration is now open! All continuing students will be guaranteed (as long as the scheduling works out!) lessons as long as you register by July 31st. Contact me earlier rather than later for a better chance of getting your first day/time preference for lessons! New students will be placed on the wait list and contacted towards the end of July/beginning of August to see if there is space available.
2022 Summer Semester: runs through Tuesday August 9th. The 2022 Fall Semester begins Sunday August 14th and runs through Thursday December 22nd.
Covid-19 Travel Update: Families traveling for vacations are not required to do an online lesson upon returning from trips but may request one if they wish. Please let me know all of your travel plans ASAP and we can easily do an online lesson after returning to town.
MASKS: CBJ now has us in the low risk category, however – ALL STUDENTS, REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS AND INSTRUMENT, MUST WEAR A MASK DURING LESSONS. I will be staying on top of the city regulations and will keep everyone updated with any changes.
Tuition Payment Reminder: Tuition payments are due at the first lesson of every month with a grace period until the 10th of the month. If tuition is received after the 10th of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Please drop off physical payments with your student at lesson, send in the mail or you can drop it off any time in the secure white drop box attached to the studio entrance. Please do not come up to the studio to drop off payment if it is not your student’s lesson time, and please do not come up to the main house for any reason. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
New Students: We have a few openings left for the 2022 Summer Semester! We also have a wait list started for the 2022 Fall Semester. Please contact us at megan.e.felts@gmail.com or (907) 500-7455 for more information.
